please tell me about NarutoRox...is he globally baned or not? 0  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

No that person is not globally banned. They still have a profile here on Wetpaint Central. If they were globally banned that would not be the case. So they are still here in the Wetpaint world. Do you find this valuable?

Actually, users who are globally banned retain their profiles on all of their Wikis, and don't appear to be banned. The only way to know if a user is globally banned is to ask Wetpaint. Do you find this valuable?
