My site is www.braingym.wetpaint.com. I have given invitation to my friend. They accepted it but they are not able to access. What to do? Do you find this valuable?

In order for your friends to join your site you need to make it public. Do you find this valuable?

If you have moderator or above permissions on your site, have your friend join the site. Then go to their profile and change their permission to writer. This should allow them to have editing capabilities on your wiki.
