can't get to my wetpaint site directly or thru custom url

i created site http://thewoundmatrix.wetpaint.com and then created cname http://answers.thewoudmatrix.com Now when i go to http://thewoundmatrix.wetpaint.com, it takes me to http://answers.thewoudmatrix.com and says page not found which should not happen. If i directly go to http://answers.thewoudmatrix.com, it says page not found. So there is no way i can reach to my site with u which i http://thewoundmatrix.wetpaint.com Now, how do i see my site http://thewoundmatrix.wetpaint.com and make changes to custom URL or settings?user: SowmilMehta Do you find this valuable? |

"Are you the creator of the site? If so, you click on settings in your right hand cornor and then it should say Communications, Templates, Name & Logo, Styles, Statistics, Permissions , Backup, Upgrades, Then you click on Upgrades and click on 'Custom Web Address, and finally choose your desired Web adress.She says... she can't reach her site anymore... So how can she possibly go to the settings of her site? It looks like she already went through these steps... and chose a custom URL that is spelled incorrectly... or the domain she is redirecting her wetpaint site to does not exist, because she did not purchase it. So she seems to be in a vicious circle now? Can't correct a misspelling and/or can't remove the redirection of her wetpaint site... ? Do you find this valuable? |

If she is trying to go to her site, she can go to the top of the page and click on: My Wetpaint, which will pull the last five sites she contributed to. If it isn't there, she needs to click on: All my Sites and it will show all sites she joined and made. She should be able to access it that way.-Alex, WPC RU 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Perhaps she could try this URL... and change the redirection?http://thewoundmatrix.wetpaint.com/admin/upgrade/vanityDomain Nooo... sorry... that doesn't work either.. Also redirected... to a site that doesn't exist... Pity... Do you find this valuable? |

So if she clicks on her website link in All my Sites.. she still will be redirected... If I try to go to her wetpaint site... which she mentions above btw... I'm redirected too... Just try it out for yourself.... Do you find this valuable? |

A wetpaint rep has to fix this problem. The cname in the wiki setting is preventing them from getting onto the wiki. And it would appear the cname redirect has a typo in it, bringing a user to a non-existent address. Message jeremy_wetpaint and direct him to this message.
