What would be the reason for random deleted threads? No one on our site would delete them on purpose and its corrupting our site. Do you find this valuable?

We really can't help you here. Maybe someone felt the threads were bad.
Might I suggest having all moderator & up at Registered Users until someone fesses up? Use that if it gets out of hand. Do you find this valuable?

It's not. Threads deleted by members show up as 'n of ____'s threads have been deleted' on the contributions report. These don't. For this, it's as if they've never existed. Do you find this valuable?
