That would be very helpful for me, if that is possible. I thank you in advance! Do you find this valuable?

"There is no way to change time zones, sorry."
Having a local time-stamp on Wetpaint has been requested many times. Since everything on a wiki is stored on the Wetpaint servers which reside in one geographical area, it would be difficult to provide this feature. That feature would require "mirror" servers in many different geographical zones and would be quite costly. So much for techno-babble.

The only way to ease this issue is to install a mult-zone clock on your wiki. A clock setup for Wetpaint time and one for the local time. This would provide a visual conversion of the time-stamps. To see some mult-time clocks and instructions on where to get the widget and how to install them on your wiki, copy and paste this URL into the address window of your browser.

Surely the need here is to simply display a local time based on the location of the reader? This can be asserted in a user's profile at sign-up or detected (at least to a reasonable degree) from the user's IP address.
