I run a successful site. We always have members join and rarely have them leave, but when they do, I'd like someway to know why. I suggest when you choose to leave a wiki, there should also be a button as to why they are leaving.
Such as:
not interested
disappointed with content
joined by mistake

I think in general, it would help the creators get an idea why people leave.

Why not put a poll on your wiki with those questions. There was a poll on Wetpaint recently to ask why they were canceling their memberships. A poll like this is a great tool to get an idea of your community membership activity.
