Which Mod banned??

I had banned a member from my site, only to find that one of my mods/writers have unbanned them, which is not good. Is there a way for me to find out which mod unbanned so I can take care of that? It's very important.. Do you find this valuable?

please sign in and send me a private message about this. Include details like the site URL, the date/time this happened, and the usernames of those involved. Do you find this valuable?

It should say, in the community activity: ( Enter un-banned User Name here ) was made a ( Enter role here ) by ( The Mod's/Admin's name here ) Today ( Time here )

BTW, Writers can't un-ban members.

Apparently, the msg. i sent out scared the one who unbanned enough so they came forward.. but ty for the tip, much appreciated.
