Are they running a supported browser? (IE: Internet Explorer 7 or 8, Mozilla Firefox.)

Is their version of Flash up to date? Do you find this valuable?

As CS said, what browser are they using? What about their Operating System? Do you find this valuable?

Also, they should try clearing their browser cookies, as well as the internet cache. Do you find this valuable?
