Profile Question

Yesterday I accidentally deleted most of my profile,I also lost the scroll bar under it, now I have my friends on the side, in which they are suppose to be there, but I like the scroll bar cause it makes my page larger like my friend's profiles. My question is, How do I get it back to the way it was before? Should I make a new profile, and if so, what do I do with this one I have now. I sure hope I made sense trying to explain my dilemma. I am a little frustrated since I lost most of what was on my profile yesterday. I actually lost 2,147 words, 64 images, and 2 widgets. I put so much work and time into it, but I can figure that out again, It is just that I want the page to look like it was before with the scroll bar at the bottom, to where I then see my friends on the right side when I scroll over, this way I can make the page somewhat what it use to be. The scroll bar appears if the content on the page is wider than the fixed page width. You can force this by adding a table and manually setting the pixel width.
