During page editing; adding a photo to the page, the search by photo title is not working.

This is crucial to adding photo to a page.

Please make this a PRIORITY.

Thanks for posting this. There is currently a site-wide search issue that our engineering team is investigating. We hope to restore it to full functionality as quickly as possible. Do you find this valuable?

I know that this thread is fairly old however it seems that either the photo search problem has not been fixed or it has appeared again. I am having problems finding some of the photos, fairly recent one's several weeks to a month or so to come up on a search. Is this being addressed?

The answer to your problem is quite simple - Wetpaint's site search sucks. It's very slow to index pages, photos, videos, and threads. Just about everything. There's a simple alternative which allows you to use Google to search your site here:
