File size exceeds

I have a couple of photos to add but I'm told that "file size exceeds allowable limit". How do I rectify this problem? Do you find this valuable?

The file size restrictions when adding photos is listed in the dialog box when Add Photo is selected. It reads:
"Please limit photo dimensions to no more than 400x500 pixels. Image size should be less than 500k"

What you need to do is resize the photos to those dimensions and file size. That should allow you to add photos to the gallery.
