No "cancel subscription" link ... and how to turn off auto-billing

Hi,

On my private site I do not see the “Cancel subscription” link on the upgrades tab. What I really want to do is turn off auto billing. There is no link for that either.

How do I cancel my subscription to remove advertising?
For most customers, the cancellation procedure is as follows:
Sign in to your Wetpaint site and go to the Settings section. CHECK
Click on the "Upgrades" tab, which displays your subscription status. CHECK
Click on “Cancel subscription” link. NEGATIVE. THERE IS NO LINK!

What site is this in regard to? When did you set up the ad removal subscription? Do you find this valuable?

I don't want to cancel mine, but I'd like to receive a receipt each month. Do you find this valuable?

"I don't want to cancel mine, but I'd like to receive a receipt each month."
I have seen this request several times here in the forum. It is not something that is normally provided by Wetpaint. I suggest you email wetpaint and direct your request to them directly. Follow the link below to email them.

Unfortunately, Wetpaint does not currently have the ability to issue a monthly invoice for an ad removal subscription. Your receipt for this service is the confirmation page displayed at the time the subscription is created and the monthly credit card charge. Other people that have similar accounting needs print out the page on their Wetpaint site that shows that they are a premium subscription user. Hopefully this works for you.
