Can't remove attachments

My website is endeavorrecreation.wetpaint.com, my OS is Windows XP at office and Vista at home, my browser is Internet Explorer 8.
When I open the list of all attachments, I am only given the option to remove 2 attachments.
I need to remove old notices and add new notices regularly. How can I remove some of the attachments that don't have "remove" as an option? 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Try clearing your browser's cache to see if that helps. To clear browser's cache see this page
