"registered users should not have a privilege to edit others uploaded video/pictures, etc... the one who uploaded it only should be the who can edit there thing."Well, it is not setup like that here at WPC. There is no Writers, so, us RU's are allowed to do so. Here, only RU's edit those such things when they are irrelevant and we are letting the Mods and Jeremy that it needs to be deleted. -Alex, WPC RU. Do you find this valuable? |

on your site you can make it so RUs can not edit.

To do this, go to Settings in the top right corner of the site (you will have to be an Administrator or the Creator to do so) then go to the tab labled "Permissions", and click "I want to change these settings." Select "Only members I Promote to Writers" under "Who should edit this site?" All you have to do after that is click next, and then select "Yes, make the change now." Hope this helped! what i mean is registered users can edit / update what they uploaded or create album etc... but they must don't have the privilege to edit description / rename on what the other users uploaded.

"Those specific permissions do not existed as of now. You can lock the page, but only moderators & up can edit those pages. Do you find this valuable? |
