Links opening in a new window?

How do I have a hyperlink open in a new window? Do you find this valuable?

I do not think there is a way to make a link open a new window. However, if you right click the link, there is an option that says "Open A New Window". Click that, and the link will open a new window for you. Do you find this valuable?
