Moving a sub page

Is there any way I can move a sub page from a page to make it a page on it's own.

Move it like any ordinary page.

Thanks for your prompt response...I'd already tried that ... it came out as a new page BUT it still remains a new page under the the original heading..I wand to move it out of that page setting....any idea.
