sending messages to a group or all members at once

I wish there was an easier option/way to send a message in bulk. As an admin, I would like to be able to set up groups or even to have an easy way to send out a message to all members at once. I don't see any way of doing this right now other than choosing everyone's name. Do you find this valuable?

On compose Message there are options to send messages either to 'All registered users' or just Moderators or 'Friends' or of course just individual members Do you find this valuable?
