Cannot access an open site

I cannot access LOHS Professional Learning Spot and when I do a search it will not find it. How can I get to this site?? I have been invited but it is giving me an oops message when I try to go there. Do you find this valuable?

Sometimes its because I site has been blocked. But Judging by the sites name I doubt it was illegal Do you find this valuable?

Thats why I said It wasnt illegal so it couldnt have been blocked. Do you find this valuable?
