not working without the www prefix
Nov 2 2009, 9:44 PM EST | Post edited: Nov 2 2009, 9:44 PM EST
Custom URLS, eg "www.customURL.com" are working for me, however without the www in front, as in "customURL.com" they don't work. Is there a reason for this?

I use GoDaddy (the instructions for which are outdated, btw), which doesn't allow me to create a CNAME for *.

Please help me figure this out!

thanks

I am having a problem with this too- godaddy says that the nameservers are retired. Anyone have a solution for this or updated nameservers?

Thanks

If your Custom Domain uses www., then use www. in the URL. Do you find this valuable?

I'm not having trouble with that- I can't get past the godaddy website with re assigning the nameservers- it says the nameservers mentioned in the godaddy how to on wetpaint are "retired." Do you find this valuable?
