not working without the www prefix
Nov 2 2009, 9:44 PM EST
Custom URLS, eg "www.customURL.com" are working for me, however without the www in front, as in "customURL.com" they don't work. Is there a reason for this?I use GoDaddy (the instructions for which are outdated, btw), which doesn't allow me to create a CNAME for *. Please help me figure this out! thanks D 2 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

If your Custom Domain uses www., then use www. in the URL.

I'm not having trouble with that- I can't get past the godaddy website with re assigning the nameservers- it says the nameservers mentioned in the godaddy how to on wetpaint are "retired."
