What is the edit note for when you are editing something? Do you find this valuable?

The edit note is a little note that allows users to show others what they did in their edit. It is optional, however. The edit notes will appear on the edit history of that page, so everyone can view what you contributed to the site. Do you find this valuable?

The edit note is something you can post so that others can see. If you want to disable the edit note, go to your account preferences and change it to 'disable edit note'.

It allows mods and admins to see what your intentions were when you changed something. This prevents misunderstandings that could lead to something as bad as a ban. Do you find this valuable?
