can i send and receive e-mail from my wetpaint account to other yahoo or hotmail users? Do you find this valuable?

Yes, you can change your account email. Here's what you do
1. Go to account Profile page
2. Click on Preferences & Email Notifications
3. Click on Change Email & Password

Wetpaint does not offer a user email system for sending and receiving emails to users other than page and thead notifications. But you can set one up very easily. Follow the instructions here:
