It's fine! Proboards and webs, here I come...
I'm sorry, but this is just stupid. Could we like sign a petition somewhere to prevent this?

Why would you want a petition if you are going to proboards and webs?

Because, I love wetpaint how it is. WETPAINT IS PERFECT RIGHT NOW. If it changes, it won't be worth using anymore. Do you find this valuable?

Why does your Wiki need the extra page width? Do you find this valuable?

What I mean is, I'll have to redo stuff. And I know most of my users will hate this, and leave. I've already seen people thinking about it. My site will be deserted! Do you find this valuable?

it looks fine in my opinion. my site is already converted and i havnt heard any complaints from any of the members. in fact, a lot of the registered users took to the challenge to help reformat and with registered users volunteering to reformat the unlocked pages and the moderators and myself doing the locked pages, the site looks great, more so than it did before i think. i now never have to wonder "will this page look crappy on a small screen because its formatted for a large screen??" it satisfies every size screen and looks good. see for yourself:

Really?

People are leaving Wetpaint in droves due to this "upgrade"!!!!!!

The private Wiki debacle, layout disasters and "official" silence and very, very poor customer support.

Wetpaint is in trouble. I don't know if they even know or understand it.

No one liked the improvements at first. I was one of them.

Those people who are leaving Wetpaint are lazy, i'm sorry, but they are. Too lazy to just make their site Public, then back to Private. Now they are too lazy to make a few adjustments to pages. I mean, they weren't too lazy to make and edit all of the pages, but they are too lazy to just change this small little part. It really isn't that bad an update.

Your not a customer unless you use services such as: Custom Domains and Add-free Sites.

Also, I object to Wetpaint giving poor services, because it is not true. They have given us fixes to these things.

Wetpaint is not in trouble. If they were, they would know it, so you are wrong there as well.

Youl are the ones who doesn't understand these changes.

People who are loyal to Wetpaint, like me, will stay.

Wetpaint has worked very hard on this update, and they are not going to erase their code. If you would like to create a petition, then do so, but know that it will not change anything. Do you find this valuable?

Nobody wants this. I don't have time to go through a (over 1,000) page wiki and fix a bunch of pages. It is a lot, and there should be other options or ways... Do you find this valuable?

I agree with you JJ, I do most of the housekeeping on my wiki, and I really don't want to go edit 500 pages. Do you find this valuable?

I'm not happy, but the update is coming, so you may as well get use to things. Start getting your wiki prepared for the update now, that may you will have less work to do when the time finally comes. Also it helps if you can get some of your moderators and administrators to help out. The job will get done pretty quickly. Do you find this valuable?

I don't want the stupid bars on each side of the page. it's ugly. I already started a webs site, but webs sucks. since the site name has to be a username and moderators can't edit. Do you find this valuable?

You know, it only took around one hour to fix all the pages here. There are several hundred pages here, almost all with images and tables. Did you know Yahoo uses a widescreen format? Do you find this valuable?

This was because Wetpaint Central had mods spliting the working on it. In my case, it's only me, with 500 pages. Do you find this valuable?
