How do sites get that login banner? Like the CSI wiki and the James Bond wiki has?

I believe those two wikis are partner sites. My answer isn't 100% accurate though...

Yeah, CSI is run by Wetpaint, so they may have done some magic to get it that way. Do you find this valuable?
