I believe they mean they have a widget they want for their sites. And it is not supported. Not that we don't help.An explanation for this might be that it is an HTML code. I believe this user is confused about Other Widgets. However I could be wrong, what they are asking for it not very clear. Widgets that you find under the Other Widget section are not directly supported by Wetpaint, meaning when you go to add these Widgets they will not have their own box. Widgets from Playlist for example may not have their own box, but can still be added to your Wetpaint site. When scrolling through the list of options when the Widget window is opened, you should see a box at the bottom of the list labeled "Other Widgets". Simply click this and paste your code, your widget should be added. However keep in mind only Flash coding is supported, all Javascript and HTML coding can not be added to your site.
