Collaborating on an attachmnet

Is there a way to have mutiple users collaborate at different times on a document? Does each person need to save the revised doc on thier computer and upload the document? Do you find this valuable?

That is the only way that I know of to solve this problem, and funnily enough it seems to be the most effective. Do you find this valuable?

You can use Google Documents. You can have multiple users edit a document at the same time.
