Under 13 banning...well...

I heard its a U.S law,but im Canadian,and 14.But if someone was also from Canada, or some other country,and they were younger than 13,would they still be in trouble?Because my mom's friend's daughter wants to join,and she's 11.

I am not sure...I don't think international law counts for this site, since it is based in the United States. I think because it is based in USA, you have to observe U.S. Law.

I can't remember where I saw this, but you would follow the United States laws regardless of your location.

Yes, if Wetpaint finds out if a user using wetpaint is underage, they will ban the account. After the account is banned, it cannot be unbanned, and you will have to create a new account once you become the appropriate age.

Wetpaint is hosted in the United States, so U.S. laws apply to every Wetpaint member, regardless of what country they live in.

Not exactly, the company Wetapint would be in legal trouble if it had Under 13 year-olds,. from any country. That is why Wetpaint bans ANY underage user.
