In this release the "promote" link that used to be next to the settings link has been taken down.

I was wondering how can we access this link as I need to add search terms Do you find this valuable?

I tried using the link to go to the Promote section. While the link still works, it runs rather slow, and when I reached the page nothing was there. This would mean that the Promote section of the site has likely been removed.

I believe the best thing you could do is add tags to all of your pages. Do you find this valuable?

With the promotion link gone, one no longer has the ability to check site page/article count?
Does anyone know what's up with this?
Also the top browser bar now has too much background color to it, making for an aesthetically unpleasing look. Do you find this valuable?

It was taken down as one of the updates. I agree with CaptainSpaz, there was no real reason for it.

The promote section should have been, in the first place, IMO, as it is if you type in the link above that Shadowmlb posted.

Then how am I supposed to know how many pages my site has, e.g. how many pages have been added in the last week? Do you find this valuable?

Well, if everyone is needs to know how many pages they have, or whatever, i'll contact Jeremy and see if he can do anything. Do you find this valuable?

That would help. Page count updates used to be included in the weekly site newsletter, but they took that out with the last update. The promotion link was thus the only way to check. Now that that is gone, it is an issue, as I update my site homepage manually every week or so as to total site pages, for community knowledge of progress over the week prior. Do you find this valuable?

That was a good thing about the Promote section when you wanted to know how many pages your site had. You may want to suggest to Wetpaint that they add such information to the Weekly Newsletter due to there no longer being a Promote section of the site. Do you find this valuable?

I'm a moderator over on the True Blood Wiki. The site is very large and I found the stats in the 'Promote' extremely helpful. I would like that function back.

Perhaps other moderators were not aware of this feature and how to utilize it.
