Domain name?

I was wondering the same thing. What does it mean "free?" Free domain name, or just to make it your site's URL after you buy it?

Yea, my friend was going to do that with mine but I didn't let her because I didn't know if it was still free or if it was free after the offer went away.

I do not know why it is there, but a custom domain is not free. To set up a custom domain for your website, you need buy it from a Custom URL site like GoDaddy or another site like that. Some domains are free, others are not. Maybe they mean the process to add the URL to Wetpaint is free. However, the purchasing the custom domain is certainly not free.
