Canceling the Membership

I have not personaly tried this but a friend of mine has two accounts on one wiki and wishes to cancel one. She went through the steps to cancel the membership but for some reason it will not respond and let her cancel. Anyone know why? Do you find this valuable?

The cancel membership button is inoperative at this time. It should be fixed on the next release. In the meantime paste this into the address bar of your browser. Replace the "your-site-name" with the site name, the membership is to be cancelled. Also replace the "your-username" with the ursername whose account is to be cancelled.

http://your-site-here.wetpaint.com/account/your-username-here/cancel
