Does Wetpaint have any keywords?
Sep 23 2009, 4:16 PM EDT
Is it possible to put placeholder information in that the WetPaint app will parse, like #USERNAME#, #USERID# and so forth? Or, are there any keywords that I can use when createing widgets to determine if the user is logged in?Thanks Brian Do you find this valuable? |

If you are talking about the "#" attribute and then a few letters following it?If so, you can replace that with ?action= and the letters following the #. Do you find this valuable? |

"If you are talking about the "#" attribute and then a few letters following it?I'm not sure I follow. Do what I want to do is display the membername in my widget, or on a page that I create. Basically, is there anything that I can put on the page that will display the member name? I was hoping that if I put #membername# then Wetpaint would replace it on the page with the membername of the person logged in. Do you find this valuable? |

One other thing: If I can somehow determine weather or not the user is logged in or not that would suffice. I know that you cannot run scripts in the custom widgets.
