Teacher needs help!

Hello. I created a site for 2 of my classes. 40 of my students were able to join without a problem. A handful of the students received my email invitation from Wetpaint, "joined" but do not show up as members on our class site. One girl got a message saying that her email was already taken (but it is a very distinctive email address). Help! Do you find this valuable?

A possibility is that they have chosen not to have their username shown in the members report. They can do this by the profile settings.

The problem with the e-mail is that she probably has already created a username with that e-mail. A way to fix the problem is to ask her if she has, and then go to profile settings, and change the e-mail. And then create the account.
