easy edit tool bar is not seen on an added page.

I added a page. I am not able to have access to easy edit.

I added a page. I am not able to access the easy edit tool bar.

PLease indicate what is to be done to access the tool bar. I didn't face this problem earlier. If the added page can have access to the editor it would encourage the authors to contribute. Do you find this valuable?

I have had this problem happen to myself, just clear your cookies and cache. If that don't work, try IE8.
