When will new members be invited to Wetpaint again?
Sep 21 2009, 6:12 AM EDT
I have an educators site at http://tecsuzukiviolin.wetpaint.com . None of my new students can log in. I have submitted them many many times. They are so frustrated and they are talking me into going to another site. And hosting it myself. This is a very bad time to have problems with logging in new students. We are all starting a new school year with lots of new information to get out to students in a timely way. I don't like being made a fool of infront of my students. Let me know if this is an unfixable problem. I'll be busy looking for safer solutions until I hear from you. Do you find this valuable?

Wetpaint no longer has an invite system for private wikis like yours. Make your wiki a public site, ask your students to join, and when they are done you can change your wiki's permissions to "private" again. http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/site+permissions+settings 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

It is a huge problem for a lot of teachers, and especially for those of whom will have other groups of students join the site later on. I guess I'll use other wikis for my class next semester! :-( 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
