Yes, if you want to view the content on a deleted page, you go to complete history of that page, and pick a version before the page was deleted. Also, if you are a moderator or up, you can view a list with all the pages on the site that have been deleted.

And it is simple to restore it too. If you are a Moderator or higher, click, "Restore Page" and it will put the last known update on the page. And if the update before the deleted one is blank also, go to the last update with something on it, copy it, and add it to the restored page.
