Deleting Users

Can I kick users off my site completely? So that I can't even unban them and they don't appear? Do you find this valuable?

Users can be banned by a moderator or higher, or a user can cancel their own membership to a site. Users cannot be "deleted" from a site. Do you find this valuable?
