"I'm the creater of sfpacc.wetpaint.com. No one is able to sign in because when you click on "Member Sign In" the little box does not appear for people to enter their user name and password. Can someone please fix this???"Tell them to refresh the page, and if that does not work, tell them to re-start their comouter. If that does not work, then post again. Also, tell them to be specific about their page. Do you find this valuable? |

It's been a problem for months, I thought it was just my computer doing it, so I signed in on a different wetpaint site and then would go over to the spacc site, but apparently, it's happening for everyone.

Make sure you are using a supported browser, you have cookies and JavaScript enabled in the browser settings, and try clearing your browser's temporary cache and cookies as shown on - http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/Browser+SupportIf you continue having problems, let us know what operating system and browser version you are using. Also, are the users that are having this sign in problem using the same internet connection? If so, it could be a firewall issue. Do you find this valuable? |

Have you tried to go to www.sfpacc.wetpaint.com and click on the member sign in and see if it comes up? I deleted all of the stuff you told me to and still having the same problem. I can sign in to my other wetpaint sites just fine. It's just this one that won't bring up the box to sign in. I'm using Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 8.0.

Yes, I'm able to sign in on that site. We changed the sign in process a little last night though. When you click on sign in, it should now take you to a page at https://login.wetpaint.com/login...If the sign in button does nothing, then it has to be a problem with JavaScript. Make sure you have JavaScript enabled in the browser settings and that there are no security protocols in place that would prevent JavaScript from functioning normally. In IE8: Click - Tools > internet options > security > custom level... Find "Active Scripting" then check enable. Do you find this valuable? |
