IP block?.

there is a spammer on my website. (www.gossipgirls56.wetpaint.com) that just KEEP COMING BACK!
when i ban them, they make a new account or leave rude anoymous threads.
how do IP block them so they cant come on the website at all.? Do you find this valuable?

You just click on the IP address that shows up instead of the word 'anonymous'.. Then, you click ban and they will be IP banned. Do you find this valuable?
