My account,StillRiver is a writer on another site and I can add photos and make albums with it,but my back-up account for the same site,Silverstreak4, is a RU and I can't make albums or add to the gallery with it. Do you find this valuable?

That is because your back up account, Silverstreak4, is a RU, and on some sites, RU's cannot add photos or albums.
