have to reset password every time
Sep 1 2009, 1:41 PM EDT | Post edited: Sep 1 2009, 1:41 PM EDT
I have to reset my password every time I try to log on. I try to log on, and then it says that there is no record for that username and password, then I hit "forgot password" and type in my email address. I receive the "reset password" link and I put in the SAME password everything and finally get into my account. This is a PAIN! Do you find this valuable?

This typically is caused when you are entering the wrong username.

Usually this happens when someone tries signing in with their email address instead of their username. Or sometimes a user has more than one account and they are resetting the password for one, and then trying to sign in on the other. Do you find this valuable?
