how to alphabatize list of pages

Has anyone figured out how to get your list of pages to automatically sort alphabetically as they're added? It takes a long time to move them manually.

Thanks!

It is not automatic...you have to do it manually. This does sound like it might make a good suggestion, however not all pages need to be alphabetized. Do you find this valuable?

Currently, there isn't a way to do this, you'll have to move them manually.

At the moment, there is no way to automatically alphabetize your pages, however, if you go to your website's sitemap, the sitemap will show a list of all the pages in alphabetic order. To view the sitemap, go to the bottom of the page and hit sitemap, or type in /sitemap after the URL of your site. However, you must move the pages manually in order to make them alphabetized. I am with the original poster here. I like to see my pages in alphabetical order.

The navigational pane is just that a pain. So I use only the sitemap.

As post # 3 says about the sitemap being alphabetized, that is what I want.

What to do is create an Index page.
Then click on the Sitemap button
A window will appear with the pages of your site.
Click on the first item in the list and drag the cursor to the last item in the list. This highlights all links in the list.

Then do a CTRL-C (win) or a CMD-C (mac) and copy the entire lot.

Then easyedit the Index page and do a CTRL-V (win) or CMD-V (mac) to paste the clipboard content to the page. All links will be copied also.

Now you have a alphabetized Index into your site.

A Link to the Index page can be put on all other pages for easy navigation.

The Index page may need updating as other pages are added to the site, but it is so simple to create an index page. it is not a hassle compared to the benefits.

Just another way of doing things.
