Ad+Free+Education+Sites contains a lie

The site says:
"Q: If I’m in it but want to start a new one, can I do that?
A: No. Sites that are already in the program will remain ad free going forward but new sites will not be admitted. We recommend educators turn over the site from session to session. You can add new users and delete old ones."

I had an ad-free educational site approved, and now it has ads on it! Do you find this valuable?
