My site was copied and the creator wont do anything about it

I just went on Alabasters' site and her homepage, wolf pack layouts, just about EVERYTHING is MINE! I created my site in what June or July yet- this site was created August 4 and it's almost an exact copy of mine! They are doing both wolves and cats (same a mine- even though a lot of people are doing that I get that) but the order of the pages are similar, the color coding is exactly alike- JUST LOOK AT THE HOMEPAGE. The layouts of the Wolf packs are the same too! On the homepage they have pics for the admins and such as an poem under the main pic just ;ike I do. They have the tables, joining information, EVRYTHING that I have! They did not EXACTLY copy content, they copied your format. If you have content that was directly copied, report it to info@wetpaint.com

No they did copy content as well- most of it from the homepage- but your right they copied the layout of almost every page
