starting a new site

I use Firefox 3.1 and cannot get past Step 4 in which I have to recordd the displayed digits. I see the letters clearly and type them in but can't get past this step. Am I doing something wrong? 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

thats happened to me before
i dont know why but sometimes that happens
i usually wait a while and try again but some times even that doesnt work
sry if this isnt helping :( Do you find this valuable?

Hmm, try clearing you browser cookies. Or, download a newer version of Firefox.
