i want the picture to go to the back so that my text appears on top Do you find this valuable?

That is not possible. Go on google and look up 1 of these 3 things

Wetpaint does not support layering. You would have to use a graphics editor and place your text over the image and save it as a png, jpg, or gif image. I would love to see a layering push to back, bring to front option, but does not exist.
