cannot get signed up

I was sent an invitation to join the Ohio Global Institute Wetpaint site and I filled out the form and then this is what I got: " Based on the information you have supplied, you are ineligible to create a Wetpaint account."
I cannot join. I need help. Do you find this valuable?

This means that based on the information you gave, you are younger than 13. According to a law named COOPA, a federal internet registration law, you have to be 13 or older to join a website. Wetpaint follows this law, and will not allow anyone to create an account that is younger than 13. Accounts that are created and say they are under 13 are not allowed on to Wetpaint. Do you find this valuable?
