1. RE: adding saved calendar

It depends on what you would like the calendar to do. Do you want to be able to edit it online or just as a presentation of events? Will there be hyperlinks in the calendar? Wetpaint does not support HTML coding on their wiki pages directly. Most publisher pub files are saved as a HTML page(s). If you can answer how you want your members to use the calendar, I can try to find a you a way to place it on your wiki. Do you find this valuable? |

I want to be able to edit it online - I want to add my own schedule to the calendar so that teachers can access the calendar and check for changes and updates in my schedule.
Do you find this valuable?

Here is an option for you to do online editing of your calendar. Go to Box Net. I have provided a URL address at the bottom of this reply. Box allows for online collaboration. It also allows for on-line editing. The Web Document feature of BOX, allows for editing html coding online. Viewers will see the calendar as a webpage and if they are an invited editor, they can edit the html online. Box.net also allows for uploading various other file formats. The layout at Doc.net is similar to Windows Explorer with Folders and Sub-folders that can be created. Folders, files can be set to shared or private permissions. It is a free service with 1gigabyte storage. An embedded code can be copied in placed into the Other Widget tool in Easyedit mode. Direct html to a wetpaint page is not supported. This may be your best choice in this matter. Here is a link to the website. http://www.box.net Do you find this valuable? |
