Receive email for new threads on watched pages

Hi, I know that it is possible to set an option so that when someone starts a discussion thread on my profile page, I am sent an email. Many of my users pay special attention to certain pages and the comments posted on those pages. Currently, for every page on someone's watch list there is a check box that determines whether the person will get an email when that page is modified. Would it be possible to add another check box so that when someone adds a new thread to a watched page, you also get an email?This would be very helpful for helping people keep track of disucssions that they are interested in. Yes I definitely agree with this. I have two request pages on one of my sites, and not enough time to check them all the time. If I got a message anytime someone replied on the page, I would know when people are requesting. Hopefully in the future wetpaint could do something about this ^_^ 1 out of 1 found this valuable. On my wiki, I'm trying to set up several "ask an author" pages. The authors don't have time to monitor the pages since questions will only come in infrequently. At the same time, they want to know about every post that is made that is attached to that page.
