I have a directory structure that has say 10 folders. Each of te folders as a misture of PDF, WMV, AVI & DOC files. The root of the structure there is a html file that is a table that has links to the various files within the folder. How can I upload this whole structure and have the links entact? Do you find this valuable?

May I suggest the best solution for what you want to accomplish? Go to www.box.net. Box is a online storage host. The free version allows up to 2 gig of storage. The structure of the storage is setup similar to Windows Explorer, with folders and subfolders you create. You will have to upload all your files to the appropriate folders. There is a capability to link individual files if desired. The great aspect to using Box is a widget is available to put the entire folder and sub-folders onto your wiki. You can also control the download privileges on each file. There is a built-in flash player. You can see a screenshot example and also instructions on how to embed the widget onto you page at my site.
