How are you soppose to get new members if every site bans advertisement???? Do you find this valuable?

Not all sites ban advertisement. Like, on WCC2 they allow advertisement on the advertising page, but no where else. If you join a site to advertise, make sure to ask the creator/head admins where it is ok to advertise on the site.
