Category Flippers are gone from the Navigation bar

The triangular flippers that expand the subcategories do not show up on the navigation bar. Same goes for the bullets in the navigation bar as well. Do you find this valuable?

They look just fine to me here on WPC. What wiki are you seeing this on, and what browser are you using?
